Terms of Service
The Upward Co. · https://theupwardco.com · itstheupwardco@gmail.com
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms cover buying and using anything from The Upward Co. By buying a kit or downloading a free file, you agree to them. Please read them once. They are short.
1. Who we are
The Upward Co. is a small shop based in the United Kingdom. We sell to buyers worldwide.
The Upward Co. is a trading name of TH Technology Ltd, company number 15358249, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. What we sell
- Printable and fillable PDF kits: planners, organisers and templates.
- Each kit is a one-time purchase. Prices run from $7 to $37.
- There are no subscriptions and no repeat charges.
- The kit page on our website lists what is inside each kit. Please read it before you buy.
3. How buying works
- Checkout and payment happen on Whop (whop.com). Whop processes your payment. We never see your full card details.
- Prices include tax. Whop collects and pays sales tax or VAT where it applies.
- After payment, Whop sends you to a download page on theupwardco.com. Your files are hosted on Google Drive.
- Whop also sends a receipt to your email.
- If a download link does not work, email us and we will send the files again.
4. Free downloads
Some PDFs are free when you give us your email address. We use Kit (ConvertKit) to send them. After that you get a few welcome emails and the odd note when a new kit is out. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for more.
5. These kits are organisers only
Some kits deal with health, money or family matters. Examples: the Menopause Appointment Kit, the Calmer Days Kit, the Bill Cutter, the Debt & Savings Kit and the family emergency file.
- They help you write things down and get organised.
- They do not give medical, legal, financial, tax or mental health advice.
- They do not replace a doctor, nurse, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional.
- Always talk to a qualified professional about your own situation. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- Business kits are practical tools. We make no promise of any result, income or saving.
6. How you may use the files
Your kit is for your own personal use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself. You may not share, resell or upload the files for other people. The full rules are in our End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
7. Refunds
If a kit is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Full details are in our Return Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Our content
We own, or hold a licence for, all the text, designs and files we sell. Some content is used under a private label rights (PLR) licence from Entrepedia. Buying a kit gives you a licence to use it. It does not give you ownership of the content or the right to resell it.
9. Mistakes and limits on our liability
- We check our kits with care, but a file may still contain a typo or error. Tell us and we will fix it.
- We are not liable for any loss that comes from how you use a kit, or from relying on it in place of professional advice.
- Our total liability to you for any kit is limited to the price you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website on the day you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights the law of your own country gives you.
