14-day refund, no questions asked

If a kit is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email itstheupwardco@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and the name of the kit. Your Whop receipt has both.
3. We will process the refund through Whop. You can also open a resolution request through Whop from your purchase.

Where the money goes

• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Your bank or card provider may take a few working days to show it.

Nothing to send back

Our kits are digital downloads, so there is nothing to return or post. We only ask that you delete the files and stop using them once you are refunded.

Problems with a download

If a file will not open or a link has stopped working, email us first. We can usually send a working copy the same day.

Your legal rights

This policy is on top of your legal rights as a consumer. It does not take any of them away.
