This agreement explains what you may and may not do with the files you buy or download from The Upward Co. By downloading a kit or free file, you agree to it.

1. What you get

When you buy a kit, you get a personal licence to use its files. You do not buy the content itself. The licence is for the person who bought the kit and cannot be passed on.

2. You may

• Download the files and keep copies on your own devices.
• Print as many copies as you need for yourself.
• Fill in the files, by hand or on screen, for your own use.
• For business kits: use them for yourself and your own team inside your own business.

3. You may not

• Resell, give away, share or lend the files, printed or digital.
• Upload or post the files anywhere other people can get them, such as a website, shared drive, group chat, forum or marketplace.
• Copy the files into another product, course, membership or freebie.
• Claim the content as your own work.
• Use the content to make books or products for Amazon Kindle, KDP or any other print or ebook platform.
• Remove our name or any copyright notice from the files.

4. Licensed (PLR) content

Some content in our kits is used under a private label rights (PLR) licence from Entrepedia. That licence lets us sell it. When you buy a kit, you get personal-use rights only. You do not get resale rights, master resale rights or PLR rights to any part of a kit.

5. Ending the licence

If you break this agreement, your licence ends straight away and you must delete all copies of the files. If you get a refund, your licence also ends and you should delete the files.

6. No advice

Our kits are organisers and templates. They do not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. See our Terms of Service.
