Why we made it

Three complaints from bill organizer reviews, and the page that answers each.

We read the 1 to 3 star reviews of a best-selling paper bill organizer before building this. These three came up, word for word.

  • Review, 1 star

“once you run out of lines thats it”

In this kit: The bill log is one page you print again whenever it fills up. It also comes as its own one-page file.

  • Review, 2 stars

    “Just very basic.”

In this kit: Past the bill pages: 9 bills worth a phone call, a six-line call script, call notes and a two-page fee check.

  • Review, 3 stars

“Only thing I added was a calendar.”

In this kit: 12 month pages, each with a date grid to circle the due days and a row for every bill.

From page 18, word for word

Pick a bill. See what to ask when you call.

These are the 9 bills in the kit, with the question it tells you to ask. The script on page 19 covers the rest of the call, from hello to the reference number.

What to ask

Cell phone

Plans change every year.

“Is there a cheaper plan for what I actually use? Do you have a plan for customers over 55 or 65?”

Some calls change nothing. The kit says so, and gives you a page to note each call either way.

FAQ

Is this financial advice?

No. It is an organizer: lists, a calendar, a log, questions to ask and a call script. It does not tell you what to buy, sell or switch. For decisions about investments, insurance or benefits, speak to the provider or a qualified adviser.

How much will it save me?

We can't say, and nobody honestly can. It depends on your bills, your providers and where you live. Some calls end with a lower price and some change nothing. The kit gives you the list, the words to use and a page to record what happened.

How large is the print?

Body text is 14.5 point and the month names are 40 point. Writing lines are about half an inch apart, so there is room for handwriting.

Can I type into it instead of printing?

Yes. Open the main PDF in a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, click any line or tick box, type, and save. Or print the pages and write by hand.

Does it work outside the US?

Yes. It is written US-first (Social Security, 401(k), IRA), and the amount columns have no currency sign, so pounds work too. Where the UK name differs, the pages say so: State Pension, social tariffs, and the ongoing charge on funds.

What do I need?

A printer, or a computer, tablet or phone with a free PDF reader. The pages are US Letter and print on A4 with "fit to page".

What if it isn't right for me?

Message us through Whop (it's in your purchase receipt) and tell us what happened. Every file is listed on this page, and you can read real sample pages before you buy.
